Kate is passionate about overall wellbeing and enjoy helping individuals achieve functional outcomes, considering the body as a unit by connecting the mind, body and spirit.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, water sports, yoga and spending time with family and friends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of human performance, including therapeutic and sports massage
Certificate in sport and exercise science
Certificate in Foundations of Therapeutic massage with an Osteopathic approach with a focus on fascial release
